2020 edition of the Shrimp and BBQ Festival!

All you can eat Peel and Eat Shrimp and BBQ!

Due to Covid-19, seating will be limited so don’t delay in reserving your space.

– all private tents and tables will be socially distanced apart to follow all guidelines.

– Lawn seating for the festival is in a large field and all attendees must follow social distancing when selecting where to put chairs and blankets. There is LOTS of room. HVF staff reserves the right to kindly ask you to move a little if needed.

– mask must be worn and distance markers followed while in lines for: food, wine and beer.

– Orderup Seafood and HVF staff will be serving the food in the “all you can eat” lines. There will be no contact of the food by attendees of the event.

THERE ARE A FEW TICKETS LEFT THAT CAN BE PURCHASED UNTIL FRIDAY AT OUR MARKET ON THE FARM.

THERE ARE 4 PRIVATE TABLES AND 3 PRIVATE TENTS LEFT. CALL 804-752-2334 BETWEEN 8 AM – 4 PM TO RESERVE ONE OF THE FINAL SPOTS.

– $30 lawn ticket: (3 and under are free)

Click the link above or it can also be purchased at our Market (13580 Ashland Rd. Ashland VA. 23005). This ticket is in the lawn in social distanced spaces. You may bring chairs, blankets and tables. NO TENTS OR UMBRELLAS.

– $230 Private Table: (3 and under are free)

This includes 6 tickets and private table with chairs under the big tent. YOU MUST CALL 804-752-2334 TO RESERVE.(Limited availability due to Covid-19 spacing rules so don’t wait to reserve)

– $275 Private Tent:(3 and under are free)

This includes 6 tickets and the ability to purchase two additional tickets for discounted $25 each. Private Tent, table and chairs. Also eat shrimp before everyone else! 5 lbs served to your table at 4:45pm. First to enter the festival, private tent seating starts at 3:30. YOU MUST CALL 804-752-2334 TO RESERVE A PRIVATE TENT. (All tents are spaced out due to Covid -19 rules. If you want a tent next to another please specify at time of purchase)

ALL TICKETS INCLUDE:

– all you can eat BBQ, Peel and Eat Shrimp, Cole Slaw, World famous Hush Puppies, Corn, and water.

– live music from Cobalt Whiskey

– ALCOHOL IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE TICKET BUT BEER AND WINE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE

– Festival is from 4-7 pm

– Gates will open at 3:30 for Private Tent Guest

– Gates will open at 4 pm for all other guest

– all food EXCEPT SHRIMP will be served from 4-7 pm

– Shrimp will be served from 5-7 pm

– Alcohol sales will be from 3:30-6:50 pm.

– Live music from Cobalt Whiskey will be from 4-7 pm.

Policies and Stuff:

Due to Covid-19 we ask that all attendees wear a mask when entering and when in line to get food or drinks. This is to protect all of those working to put on the festival. We also ask that you abide by the social distancing cones while waiting in any lines. We thank you for your cooperation and look forward to another great time down on the farm!

Food will be served in the lines by the HVF, Orderup Seafood and Jus Cukn’ Staffs.

ONLY refunds will be if the festival is cancelled by the host. Then a full refund will be given.

Pets are allowed as long as they are on a leash and you clean up after them.
